Lignin based tackifiers are specially engineered resins designed to enhance tack, adhesion, and processing performance in rubber and adhesive systems. When derived from renewable resources such as rosin, terpenes, or chemically modified lignin, they offer a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based resins. These bio-based modified tackifiers improve green strength and interfacial bonding while supporting environmentally responsible product development.

Co-precipitated Natural Rubber is a novel rubber sheet developed by integrating lignin directly into natural rubber through a co-precipitation process. This approach ensures uniform dispersion of lignin within the rubber matrix, enhancing mechanical strength, antioxidant performance, and sustainability. The material offers improved functional properties while incorporating a renewable, bio-based component into conventional rubber systems.
