Product Characteristics
- ECOLIN PVC30 is a functional lignin-based masterbatch containing 30% modified lignin incorporated into a PVC-compatible carrier resin. Designed for use in electrical cable insulation, this bio-based stabilizer additive improves thermal stability, enhances UV resistance, and reduces reliance on toxic or carcinogenic stabilizers (such as lead or certain metal salts) in PVC formulations.
Shelf life and Storage Conditions
- Expected Shelf life is minimum 3 year in original unopened packaging.
- Product should be stored in Air tight condition in a cool place, away from the sunlight.
- Avoid heavy stacking of the product.

Processing Guidelines
- Processing Temperature: 150-180°C | Pre-drying: Not mandatory under sealed conditions; dry at 70°C if exposed to moisture.
