Product Characteristics

Shelf life and Storage Conditions
- Expected Shelf life is minimum 3 year in original unopened packaging.
- Product should be stored in Air tight condition in a cool place, away from the sunlight.
- Avoid heavy stacking of the product.
- This product is a masterbatch, not a standalone compound. Its final mechanical, thermal, and biodegradation properties will depend on the type and ratio of the base biopolymer it is blended with (e.g., PBAT, PLA, TPS). Optimization through formulation trials is recommended for best performance.

- Compostable carry bags, garbage liners, and mulch films, Food packaging and trays, Disposable cutlery and thermoformed products, Agricultural films and biodegradable seedling pots, PLA/PBAT-based injection moulded or extruded items.
Processing Guidelines
- Compatible with PBAT, PLA, TPS, LDPE, HDPE and blended biopolymers. Recommended loading: 5-20% depending on performance and properties requirement. Predrying -is recommended at 60 - 70 deg * C for 2-4 hours if stored in humid conditions. Reduce standard processing temperatures by 10 - 20 deg * C compared virgin polymer.
